- Management of the UK subsidiary made of wholesale activities

- Responsible for the development of the brand in UK, Ireland (sales, marketing, communication, public relations)
- Direct reporting to the GM Sales Director EMEA
- Opening of 25 points of sales among the top UK jewellers and department stores (Harrods, Selfridges)in 18 months to reach 30 in total (selective distribution)
- Increase of sales by 200% in 2 years
- Participation at Basel Fair in Switzerland
- Daily management of all customers (orders, repairs, display…)
- Maintaining and creating press contacts through a PR Agency
- Market analysis: prospection and competitors
- Setting-up of the Merchandising policy (distributors display, events, boutique)
- Creation of marketing tools (mailing, data base), training tools (sales book), sales tools (for better prospection)
