I am the founder of Vantage Market Entry, and have over 20 year's experience of Executive Search, IPO's and M & A within Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Previously, I was the founder and CEO of Corporate Executive Search Group, which was the first European Exec Search firm to float on the London Stock Exchange.

I have been instrumental in building Business Units, Subsidiaries and moving senior level teams for Global Consultancies, BPO Service Providers and Technology groups. My network and reputation within these marketplaces has been a significant factor in the successful delivery of assignments and ongoing development of my clients' business objectives.

I am a pioneer in the movement of high value teams throughout the European consulting, BPO and technology market place.

Vantage specialise in team moves, acquistions, and executive search. Focussing on BPO, Risk Management, and Consultancy. Recent Team completions we have managed were in the U.K, France, Germany, Switzerland and the U.S.

Teams range from 4-30 individuals with revenue responsibilities ranging from 5-200 Million Euro's.
