Marion Renoux
Digital project manager, Face
My educational background is strongly oriented toward business, with a Masters in Science of Management acquired in Euromed-Marseille Business School. My professional experience, although focused in music industry, has always been set around project management in Media.
Work wise, I am a perfectionist and methodical person, but I am also flexible and thoroughly versatile. I have this aptitude to adapt myself to new environment very quickly and to learn a lot in a very short period of time: I acclimatise to a new professional environment, analyse the key issues - probably by referring to a wise expert! I believe it is never bad to ask for help or advice - and eventually build up the processes to reach my targets without disesteeming the risks I have previously established.
My previous role, in software development, gave me the opportunity to improve my natural skills in planning, estimating, communicating requirements and objectives, following processes and managing a team.
I am now working for EMI as a Business Analyst for their Global Repertoire and Label copy systems. This role gives me a great insight in music copyrights management and enlarge the range of my technical skills.
