• Checked several commercial leases with tight deadlines, completely organised their renewal, achieved setting up of short term commercial leases and amicable termination agreement.
• Managed claims in collaboration with insurance brokers concerning public and product liability, damages and D. and O. liability
• Checked the amount of guaranties and premium to correctly budget with the accountant director
• Updated management control data on commercial leases and insurance
• Managed more than a hundred trade marks owned by the group. Registered new marks, renewed, transferred and updated them to the French National Institute for Intellectual Property (I.N.P.I.)
