31 contacts2008 - 2009I provide a cost control support to the Project Management Team within the Jubilee & Northern Line Upgrade Project(JNUP) which aims to improve the signalling system of these two lines.
- Management of the cost control process for the Project Delivery department: reporting, Actual/forecasts delta analysis.
- Interface between the procurement team and the internal customers to ensure the validity of the purchase requisitions.
- Supply Chain performance diagnosis, measure of the financial impact of the logistics strategies for some key equipments (Six Sigma analysis).
2006 - 2007I was accountable for the delivery of wireline telecommunication networks to institutional customers. I was in charge of a portfolio of 12 projects, with a 25 million USD turnover.
- Coordination of the imports, goods dispatching, network deployments, and warranty support.
- Customers interface.
- Contract administration from the coming into force of the contracts until the final invoicing.
- Bi weekly key performance indicators reporting.
2006 - 2006- Management of the suppliers prices database: extension, proposition of evolutions for its new release, training and internal promotion.
- Contract negotiation for the purchase and the maintenance of an hardware network for the European Galileo project.
