I am responsible for creating and executing talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs by creating a pipeline of high calibre talent for the organisation and ensuring we have best talent in the right place at the right time. I also lead all our senior management recruitment, through both our search partners and direct channels across the group.

My broader HR and Talent Management remit sees me responsible for project managing the embedding of a new talent management approach for UK, France, and Ireland, including strategy alignment, people and insights dashboard, organisation review and succession planning. Managing both the demand and supply aspects of the talent management cycle.
