Internship during studies (five months) - two missions:
• First, I organized interviews, analyzed and selected applicants regarding to customers expectations. I followed-up all candidates’ records and registered it in a database.
• Then I used to go in companies in order to work on working conditions improvements by identify, analyse and train people to potential business risks accredited by the ANACT (National Agency in Working Condition Improvements).
