1 contactI set-up Consultancy & Personnel Ltd in 2005 with the intention of focusing on the Executive Search & Selection sector. I was then approached by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation to become a Regional Director for them in Scotland, within a short space of time I became Chair for Scotland. Most of my time is spent headhunting candidates for either professional sales vacancies or for indeed vacancies within the Recruitment Industry. The business only focuses on permanent placements & I work independently. My USP is the fact that I meet everyone face to face & spend time understanding what both my candidates & my clients are looking for.
