Louise Deering

Louise’s knowledge in the global recruitment, business development and project management environment linked with her learning and development experience brings practical, performance related experience to the courses she develops and delivers for RMS training. The RMS brand spans a variety of business sectors that have sales, recruitment, customer service and operational teams, and clients include; property specialists, pharmaceuticals, public sector, media, professional cycling investors and teams, finance services and recruitment businesses.

Louise uses her recruitment, management and sales experience in the professional cycling environment to assist with her global projects. She is instrumental in the start up of professional cycling teams, which have included working with Linda and Sir Paul McCartney and later having the opportunity to work with professionals, Max Sciandri and Lance Armstrong. Louise was actively working on the 2010 Tour de France where Radioshack team won the overall team award. She now works on a consultancy basis for investors in the sport who wish to develop teams.
