o Creating a new process for UK contractor’s recruitment and improving it constantly
o Rationalizing the IT Services suppliers’ panel from 25 to 3 suppliers, by negotiating matrix rate and creating Master Agreement with them (creation of Rate Matrix by looking at the market (RFP).
o Managing the relation with agencies (follow up meeting focused on performance KPIs)
