- Training of plant controllers.

- Control of the production operations and of the raw material consumption.
- Responsible for the calculation of the direct labor costs and production costs.
- Implementation and control of internal procedures.
- Responsible for the implementation of an activity based costing system.
- Responsible for the preparation, management and validation of inventories.
- Creation and analysis of management indicators.
- Reporting to the holding company.

- Processes analysis designed to optimize productivity
- Analysis of the direct and indirect costs of the company according to the Activity Based costing methodology.
- Analysis of investment projects.
