2009 - 2009Was part of the Team who set up the Organisation at the Site opening (paperwork, filing, hours,...). Responsible for the recruitment of 700 people (sifting, recruitment, tests, interviews, reports, KPI,...) an also manager of 3 people in the HR Team.
Involve in the daily Administrative work and the induction of new comers.
2004 - 2009Responsable du service Formation de l'élaboration du plan de formation (350 K€ - 225 000 heures de formation - 650 salariés formés) jusqu'à la saisie des actions (SAP puis HR Access), en passant par les déclarations fiscales,la logistique des actions, l'animation de la Commission Formation, l'organisation des actions intra, internes et interentreprise.
Engineering, redaction et animation de modules de formation.
Contribution à la mise en place de SAP sur le site de production.
L'évolution du site durant ces 4 années m'a permis d'expérimenter l'intégration d'un site à un nouveau grand Groupe pharmaceutique étranger, ce qui a été d'une grande richesse (nouvelle politique Formation, beaucoup d'autonomie, puis croissance du service Formation de 2 à 7 personnes ; formation à l'accompagnement du changement,mise a jour de procedures,...).
