Deal criteria are minimum deal size $20M ( we can go up to $700M) with clients who have any two of either: Turnover $50m plus, Net assets $10M or net profits after tax $10M.

I established my own practice, Empower Executive Search, where the ethos is "People First in Business" and "Enabling Better Futures" to encapsulate what I also try to do in my everyday life.

I work with "star" candidates and are constantly seeking successful, driven candidates with passion and vision seeking to partner with clients in my network to create personal and corporate value and wealth.

Core to this activity is working with entrepreneurs, financiers, investors, business angles, venture capitalists and their professional advisors such as accountants, solicitors and lawyers building business teams in new ventures, corporate restructurings and management by-out/buy-in scenarios where strong management is crucial to the commercial success of the enterprise and it's ability to raise capital and funding.

In today's competitive business world the goal is to employ the best talent for the job.

Most organisations will have a diversity policy statement which will state, inter alia, "we welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates irrespective of race, age, gender, disability, religion, sexual preference" etc.
