Hi there! I'm a trained Chartered Accountant and have a strong passion to help individuals and organisations unlock their potential, inspire minds and look at things in a different perspective.
I believe getting people and businesses to innovate, empower and perform to maximise themselves and their purpose in life.
I am a trained NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming), which in essence is the study of human excellence and have studied other tools and techniques that can help people elevate themselves to a higher plane. I have a broad experience in practice, the commercial sector, as well as in not-for-profit and government sectors. My previous training and consulting engagements include business improvement and work force development, competency based reorganisations, Executive coaching and providing high quality business training in the areas of authentic leadership, effective management, building dream teams and inspiring creativity and innovation in the workplace for SME’s and top Fortune 500 companies around the World.
I train on using the philosophy of NLP with integrity & ethics within business to maximise people within business and get them to think, behave and communicate powerfully with their stakeholders such as clients/customers, suppliers, other staff, Board of Directors, shareholders, etc.
I have worked with executives, managers and individuals from a variety of organisations including Bosch UK, Reliance Industries Ltd, Ranbaxy and SAIL.
Through my combined knowledge of finance and the factors that can enable people to perform at higher levels, I have turned companies that were on the brink of liquidation in to highly profitable organisations and motivated individuals to achieve a higher level of success.
I use and pass on simple yet highly effective tools and techniques that can help people and organisations reach the levels of excellence that they continually strive for and take themselves to greater competitive heights.
I and my excellent team of associates are trained NLP coaches and accredited by either Ashridge Business School or by the International Coach Federation, which promotes an industry wide Code of Professional Standards that distinguishes high quality coaching professionals. The ICF also developed the first universally accepted accreditation process which will preserve the integrity of coaching through high standards and credentials that assists people in choosing top quality certified coaches.

Kush’s background is in finance and training. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, hypnotherapist and certified practitioner in neuro linguistic programming (NLP), which is the study of structure of excellence and human behaviour modelling. His company, the Arivu Centre for Excellence, specializes in Executive Coaching, leadership & management challenges, personnel training, conflict resolution, effective change and transformation, business process re-engineering & organisational reframing. Kush also advises on career & personal strategy development, relationship strengthening and cross-cultural issues and undertakes international speaking & training engagements. He named his company “Arivu” after the Sanskrit meaning of knowledge, wisdom, and perception by the senses of things which are necessary to know. 2004 - 2007Coach, Trainer and Consultant. Involved in restructuring and reorganisations of competency based teams in order to maximise the performance of individuals and the organisation as a whole.
Implement new strategies and coaching methodolgies to ease stress and underperformance of individuals and improve proper working practices so as to create effectiveness and efficiencies within sectors and departments of centralised and satelite offices.
2002 - 2004Improved the autism charity's financial position by 300% within two years by taking it from a deficit-making organisation to a highly surplus-making organisation by improving its cash flow and generating new income streams witout reducing its asset base. Maximised the strength of the balance sheet by improving returns on investments and assets and reduced waste. Streamilined other service centres and areas of low return.
Improved the status of the oganisation by effectively marketing the strengths of the charity, which in turn improved the services offered to its users.
Trained staff, directors and other stakeholders of the charity in areas such as finance, marketing and lead generating exposure by maximising its charitable status. Improved the culture of the organisation and showed new ways of thinking, new ways of doing and new concepts of future growth.
2000 - 2002Divisional Controller for the largest division of Bosch UK, being Original Equipment of Automobiles such as Mercedes, Ford, VW and General Motors, Also controlled the smallest division being special packaging machinery dealing with customers such as Nestle, Kellogs and Heinz.
Also responsible for the management of the financial Balanced Score card for the whole UK division.
