I believe that every website should be easy on the eye and functional. It should be easy for human visitors and Search Engines alike.
The process of building a website should take into consideration the function it is to perform. Building Websites and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) are NOT separate disciplines but very much intertwined. What is the point in building a beautiful website if the Search Engines can't access the information they require? On the otherhand what is the point in building a website purely for the search engines?
A website that is both 'Search Engine' and 'Human' friendly should be every web designers goal.
Coming from a background in Programming and Analysis I can assess what is needed and produce a technically correct website. Having an artistic flair helps me to create visually pleasing sites without compromising functionality.
Being in business since May 2003 and getting a large proportion of work through recommendations shows I must be doing something right!

I started straight from College as a junior programmer. After a year and several intense training courses I was a senior programmer. !2 months later and several more training courses and I was a Senior Analyst Programmer.
My responsibilites ranged from Finance Systems to helping develop a new Warehouse management System alongside American developers from Dallas Systems, Texas.
