Over 40 years in the Construction & Aliied Trades as a Service Engineer and in Management gives me the necessary skills & experience to provide a specfic & professional health & safety training service to all sectors of Trades & Industry.

In 1988 I qualified as a RTITB Registered Training Instructor and decided to go self-employed as a Freelance Training Instructor. In 1990 I also qualified as a Registered Instructor with the CITB and commenced traded as: - "Applied Training & Safety Management", in 1992 became a founder member of NPORS.

Since then I've been a member of the British Safety Council and qualified for membership with the IIRSM and the RIPH

In 2000 I formed my own limited company; "Kevin Needham Ltd" trading as: - "Applied Training & Safety Management" and now employ several known & trusted Registered Freelance Trainers.
