Responsible for developing an internal recruitment structure and running large scale recruitment campaigns in cities such as London, Bromley, Manchester, Glasgow, Dubai, Cape Town, Dallas, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.
The role of Internal Recruitment Manager reports directly into the board but also involves working daily with HR and direct recruiting managers. Daily duties include searching, sourcing, attracting and interviewing consultants and senior executives to work directly for NetworkersMSB. Also to encourage referrals from internal staff to increase and retain headcount.
Responsible for cost savings of £100k+ per year and managing internal budgets. Designed application form for all candidates being interviewed by the organisation, which included personal information, health and safety and diversity. Working alongside HR holding induction days for new employees. Set up referral scheme for all staff recommending friends/family.
2001 - 2002Lead by example to a team of 3 consultants specializing in vertical markets in I.T recruitment.
Daily duties include setting targets and checking Daily Assessment Forms (DAF) and Business Activity Folders (BAF).
Act as a mentor to junior members of the team as well as giving advice to more senior members of the team. Involved with interviewing potential sales consultants for different areas of the business.
Also responsible to identify, open and develop ‘Open Market’ opportunities in a proactive target driven I.T contract sales environment. This includes establishing a strong working relationship with recruiting managers. Once building relationships with prospective clients/line managers, I would then identify potential I.T candidates to fulfil my Client’s requirements.
