I am now resposnible for leading the direct sourcing efforts for the EMEA State Street organisation.
In my role I work in partnership with our business leaders and their local recruiters to deliver recruitment solutions that deliver top talent.
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team at State Street take a collaborative approach to recruitment pulling on the skill sets across the team.
Now with 25 people in 8 locations we aim to provide a proactive recruitment solution to the business enabling them to meet the businesses challenges which lay ahead.
In my role I act on pro-active searches identfying potential talent for various business lines and ensuring we are able to react to any unexpected increases to hiring demand.
