Barnett Waddingham provides a range of actuarial and consultancy services to life insurance companies, friendly societies and other organisations through its dedicated Insurance Consulting team, based in its London office.

Its principal areas of advice relate to insurers and reinsurers writing life, health and general insurance both in the UK and overseas.

The Insurance Consulting team has a breadth of expertise and experience, enabling to ensure all client work is undertaken at an appropriate level, thereby delivering an efficient but cost-effective service to clients. The Insurance Consulting team currently comprises a total of 22 dedicated members of staff including 4 partners, 4 other qualified actuaries and 11 actuarial students.

Member of the Insurance Consulting Team, I am specialised in General Insurance. As part of my assignements:
- Review of reserves for General Insurance companies
- Risk Management (creation of Risk Register, Individual Capital Assessment)
- Economic Capital Modelling (creation of internal models developped with VBA and @Risk software)
- Optimisation of reinsurance programmes

Also, I have strong programming skills in various programming languages (VB, C#, SQL, Java).
