International Sales Executive at Conrico International (Surrey, UK) – Official distributor of Land Rover and Ford vehicles to the Aid and Project sector internationally. Responsible for developing sales of vehicles and company profile with NGO and GO worldwide. My responsibilities include:
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve market penetration, and follow up new leads.
· Manage accounts: regular visits to customers, expectation management, coordination at operational levels, contract negotiations, reporting to the management of account progress.
· Achieve corporate sales and performance targets.
· Coordinate Emergency Response in support to aid & relief operations in the wake of a disaster: ie create special emergency cell, inform organizations on stock availability & supporting efforts program, allocate special resources to meet demand, supervising logistics solutions (ie airfreight).
· Liaison between the manufacturers and customers.
· Find and respond to international tenders. This also includes extensive research and sourcing of secondary products in order to meet tender requirements.
· Supervising the work of a team of sales coordinators.

Account Manager at JSP Ltd (Oxford, UK) – leading independent UK manufacturer of Road Safety and Personal Protective Equipment – responsible for managing a portfolio of over 30 distributors and 10 corporate customers worth £900,000/annum in the Middle East, Eastern Europe (incl. Russian Federation) and Africa. Main responsibilities include:
· Increasing sales in allocated territories and meet monthly budget.
· Introducing new products to customers, negotiating prices and terms of supply.
· Handling of day to day customer enquiries such as requests for prices, freight quotations, and technical advice on products.
· Proactively identifying and developing new accounts in allocated territories.
· Visiting assigned territories to meet existing customer and prospective new partners, providing sales training, running seminars for end users (ie oil & gas companies, building companies, factories, chemical plants…), and participating in trade exhibitions.
· Organising sales promotions in collaboration with overseas partners.
· Creating in collaboration with the Marketing Department personalised range, special packaging or labelling… to meet customer special requirements.
· Coordinating after-sale efforts with the Sales Support team to retain customer’s satisfaction.

My main missions were to prospect the market in order to identify business opportunities, to develop the Company’s existing distribution network, and to ensure the liaison between the company in France and its customers and partners in the UK.

This very challenging work placement gave me the opportunity to have a close insight into all aspects of sales and business management, and confirmed my professional choice.
