Prince 2 qualified, Joyce is one of the 2 implementation Consultant within Ceridian Multi-National Services (MNS) This is part of Ceridian Corporation, one of the largest specialist HR Outsourcing (HRO) businesses in the world. She is responsible for the successful set up of all new projects part to be of the growth of the business portfolio, focusing on service excellence and value for customers in the US, Canada and Europe.
Prior to this she was a valuable accountant, taxes consultant within the Delaune firm responsible for advising , driving strategy & proposition on taxes issues in a multinational environment.
Formerly the taxes consultant, focused on the budget analysis of one of the most prestigious department of the French Navy during 4 years : airplanes managing a budget of £2 billions.
Additionally, she has a good experience of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards.Joyce has a masters in Accounting , Financial and law, from the CNAM-INTEC, Paris, France.
