Client – NYSE Euronext- 2008 to 2009
Role – Agile / TDD / CI expert
NYSE Euronext desires to develop its new projects using an Agile process (SCRUM). I introduced TDD (Test Driven Development) and mentored the developers. To help them, I created a unit test framework based on CppUnit and a tool to generate mock classes. I also trained and mentored the system testers: system tests automated and integrated to Continuous Integration server/process. Finally, I helped the Quality Team configure / organise the Continuous Integration servers.

Client - Department of Work and Pension - 2003 to 2008
CMS (Customer Management System) is a DWP project managed by EDS. The technologies involved were: UML (most of the code is generated from the UML model), Java for the client side, C++/Cúram/Tuxedo/XML for the Application server side and, J2EE,XML and SOAP for the Gateway side. The development Team was composed of 40 developers.
