My hobbies and past times include music, reading (topics include self development, sci-fi and biographies), I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family (I have two sons aged 20 & 11) Mountain biking (a fit body promotes a fit mind), and like many people I have concentrated too much on business and allowed my self to gain a few extra pounds over the last few years and am enjoying the challenge of getting rid of them.
