I am a freelance graphic and website designer with over 30 years experience. My company Promo Design is based in Bromley, South London.

My aim is to bring real impact to your brand, your website, your printed material, and most importantly, your business. Although the word 'design' has been somewhat abused over the last few years, I firmly believe that it is one of the most important factors in the success of a business. It's a shame we can't change our own identities as easily as we can our businesses'.

Working freelance for the past ten years has enabled me to cover a wide spectrum of projects for all sorts of clients ranging from multinationals to sole traders. I've also produced a considerable amount of work for top advertising agencies and design groups. As a small business, I find that I can offer my clients a cost-effective resource with all the trimmings of a large agency or design group but with substantially fewer overheads. You benefit from working directly with me, and I will personally see your project through to completion, on time and on budget.

Part of the post-war baby boom, I was born in Klagenfurt, Austria in a British military hospital. My mother, a local, my father an English conscript. I spent the first couple of years of my life in Vienna and then was transported to Portsmouth, my father's home, where I lived for the next 16 years. Educated at the local Grammar School obtaining 9 GCE 'O' levels and 3 'A' Levels in Physics, Biology and Art, I then went to Art & Design College for 3 years followed by a post grad course at the London College of Printing studying Advanced Typographical Design.

I worked for thirty years in a variety of design groups and art studios in Central London before turning freelance 12 years ago.
