•Managing each projects finances and responsible for reporting and reconciling departmental sales of about £300,000 using IRIS and RETina financial system.
•Planned and executed the organization of a comedy fund raising event for the charity that raised over £1,000. This included obtaining private sector prize donations for a raffle, design of all promotional material, and establishing press contacts and press coverage through community outreach.
•Was the spokesman for the fund raising committee and created many new functions within office, such as including press packs, and researching and establishing a new fund raising contacts database.
•Conducted market research on neighborhoods in the New York area as well as other portions of the United States. Research included information regarding median age and income of current residents, other commercial and retail spaces built or being built as well as social outlets, thus creating a culture within each target area.
•Assisted in creation of marketing information packages for each of the firm’s properties which were sent to prospective lenders. Packages contained information regarding loan amount, general information about the individual commercial space as well as all marketing information gathered.
•Assisted in analysis of loyalty cards scheme which included market research of geographic distribution of loyalty card, locations with greatest footfall and card redemption rates in order to maximize returns on marketing spent.
•Assisted Marketing Director with execution of new marketing schemes, including creation of promotions. Majority of support provided marketing the dietary information associated with the product
