Test Engineer on A380 Landing Gear Test rig
- Carry out Testing based on Design Office requirements (ACS)
- Report perform first analysis of results
- Maintain rig for testing purposes
2006 - 2010Validate the Brake and Steering Software on desktop and test rigs.
• Create test procedures
• Support testing, update DOORS database
• Test Problem Reports on Avionics Rig
• Manage test team on Systems rig
• Write Test Reports
Compile and send Problem report status to supplier every fortnight.
2004 - 2006A400M: in charge of ADAMS-Easy5 merged Kneeling / Rolling hydraulic system.
Update and modification of existing numerical models for merged simulation.
Definition of tests to run, creation of batch files, results analysis.
T50: supervision of performance verification tests on the extension / retraction hydraulic system of the T50 aircraft landing gear.
In contact with the test team in Gloucester in order to monitor test results.
A320 NLG: In charge of the numerical kinematics simulation of the Airbus A320 Nose Landing Gear in case of « Un-damped extension » using ADAMS.
Correction of the model according to AIRBUS Filton test results,
Definition of following test campaign based on predictive simulations, Project reviews with chief engineer,
Safety analysis in case of gear extension process fault.
