I moved in the UK at the beginning of 2006 to accomplish a very old dream... & now look forward to make a career in this country. I am highly motivated by multi-task jobs and as you will see on my profile, I have been a key member of the companies I worked for.

My professional interests and skills are very broad as I have adaptable competencies: computer (all MW applications, IT project management), analysis & improvement, customer relations (from the sales or purchasing point of view), as well as a taste for creativity that I use in design and marketing. Totally fluent in French, English and Spanish, to the point of being able to coordinate projects carried out among European teams.

I was once told I was a born-leader but I know that this is a position that can only be won through experience and respect. Being a leader in a team requires great acumen and I know that my desire to thrive will get me to higher managing positions.

Managing 2 other members, Responsible for all Internal Sales and Marketing Activities in a Powdercoating and Spraying equipment manufacturing company with brands distributed worldwide. My functions include:

• Ensuring the Internal S&M activity develops into a proactive department with the goals of generating enquiries (through sales or marketing activities), reacting to enquiries (and activities supporting enquiries) and handling customer orders (with ownership and responsibility, of course!).

• Ensuring the Internal S&M function fulfils all reasonable customer-led requirements whether coming directly from customers, distributors or members of the Sales Team.

• Preparing monthly & quarterly reporting for performance parameters (such as quote time, delivery times, complaints, etc.) as specified, continually reviewing reporting and improving where appropriate.

• Primary Contact for Marketing partners internally within the EXEL Industries Group.

I have actually been appointed to many different projects or assignments, first of all coordinating an ERP implementation project (Movex), which was provided for in our French branch and being installed here in the UK office.
Also involved in activities such as organising exhibits (W6 at the NEC, Birmingham), updating literature and artworks, web presence. I have achieved to redesign the complete Company image in accordance to our Group. But also, databases management including qualifying leads before passing them on to the Account Executive and assist in advancing opportunities through the funnel. I work with Account Executives to advance those opportunities, especially on quotes. Since we are a very small team, I assist a lot in the processing of orders and any other customer requests (warranties, deliveries, technical information, administration) whenever needed.
