I have been an Actor Director and Teacher for over thirty years. I have added Hypnotherapy and NLP. I am a HypnoGastricBand practitioner - fitting the virtual gastric band in association with dealing with psychological issues surrounding eating and nutritional information.
Stress is very serious - one of the number one killers and some employees have started suing their firms for not having a response to stress in the workplace. Some companies are even macho about how much stress they are under - this masks the fact that many die from not having a startegy to deal with stress and I teach people how to do this.

12 contacts2005 - 2008I have been an actor teacher writer and director for over 30 years with quite a bit of high level Corporate projects under my belt - e.g Sun Microsystems massive conference role playing Microsoft CEO with Stephen Fry - who I also worked with on Kingdom as a semi regular. It seemed a natural extension to become a Hypnotherapist and a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (as used by Paul McKenna). I also have a lot of teaching experience to draw on as a drama coach. I can run group sessions tailored to your requirements in that area in addition to the Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming offered below.
I have been running my practices in Hadleigh, Suffolk, also - Manningtree Essex and Harley Street London W1. I have had requests to do group sessions inhouse for companies when they need help for their workforce to stop smoking. I offer a combination of Group work and individual sessions to tackle the why (?) of smoking for them. I use a powerful combination of Hypnosis and NLP. I also do similar Hypnotherapy work with Weight Loss and can also offer Confidence building and Stress reduction workshops. Stress is the number one issue for companies and they ignore it at their peril.
Obviously I also see people on a one to one basis on a range of issues and offer Hypnoanalysis therapy in addition to the broad range of phobias, fears, traumas and very many other areas. I can also assist in improving Sports and Job performance.
