Climbed the greasy pole to Head of Safety, Health and Environment with strategic accountability for relationships with quality regulators (HSE, DWI, EA, EHOs primarily). Negotiated quality requirements for Periodic Reviews.
During this time I developed a passion for and capability in personal and organisational change and created and led the company's internal change management team responsible for delivering 17% reductions in cost whilst simultaneously improving performance by 30 - 50%
