1 contactDirectly responsible for the supervision of eleven area managers across seven regional offices in four countries, I endeavour to ensure the efficient running of the operational side of the group's business, as well as co-ordinating all legislative changes and updates.
In a rapidly changing industry such as this, it is imperative to be able to recruit quickly and efficiently, whilst still maintaining the quality of personnel that our client's have come to expect.
I have been responsible for the groups commitment to the "Investors in People" standard, from inception through to recognition, something which we are very proud of. As well as this, we have vocational benchmarks in place to provide our staff with a continual improvement on their skills making us a more dynamic and flexible company than many of our larger competitors.
