I joined Schlumberger in February 2005 as a result of my wish to work in the Oil and Gas industry since I was in the Ecole des Mines de Nancy.
I started in Chad and relocated in December 2006 in Aberdeen, UK where I became Cementing Field Engineer, in charge of the cementing work for drilling for two offshore rigs and all Schlumberger clients in UK Land.
From 2009 to 2011 I went to work for a start-up company to develop and perform installations of Produced Water Treatment units using Ozone technology.
Following the closure of the company in June 2011, I moved to new position in Halliburton as Account Representation for Cementing. I am heavily involved in market identification, development of sales strategies and in making quotes and tenders.
My aim is now to gain a strong experience in both Sales and Operations in the Oil and Gas Industry in order to progress towards management level.

2009 - 2011• In charge of building, commissioning and on site service of AquaPurge® units, a water treatment package based on the Advanced Oxidation Process designed to treat produced water from oil production on offshore platforms and land terminals.

2006 - 2008In charge of providing cementing services for the oil and gas industry.
Started in Chad and relocated in Aberdeen in December 2006.
The job consisted in:
- Designing and preparing well cementing jobs.
- Meeting clients (operators) to present the oncoming jobs, new solutions and technologies, implement improvements and ensure continuous improvement.
- Assessing Quality and Safety of the jobs to be performed by the offshore team.
- Supervising the cementing job operations.
- Gathering operational data from performed jobs to build end of well reports to be given to the clients.
- Proposing improvement plans for the cementing fleet and job execution methodology.
- Managing the assigned offshore cementing team (for coaching, appraisal and training).
Through my 3 years in Schlumberger my main achievements are:
- Improved cement plug placement and efficiency by performing strong lab testing, by using downhole tools and by building a documented operational procedure to be use on the field. The project was conducted for Oilexco and was a success.
- Strengthened the position of Schlumberger Cementing the UK onshore drilling market by improving the customer support, delivering an outstanding quality of job (2 campaigns 100% successful), training employees, building dedicated procedures and participating in marketing and tendering strategy.
2005 - 2005Designed and conducted experiments to assess well stimulation products (residual damage left by diverting acids on carbonate rocks).
