ERP-IT International Recruitment Consultant - Headhunter - Business Development Manager - Belgian Market. Almost starting from scratch, I was in charge of the business development of Xtra-IT on the Belgian Market. My role consisted in identifying the potential needs in freelance consultants (mainly SAP and Oracle Applications Consultants) of blue-chip companies in their IT activities and projects. Through investigation and business intelligence, I had to qualify and solve immediate needs as well as setting long term relationships. In this B2B fast moving environment, I was dealing with two types of clients:
=> Consultancies and IT Outsourcing Service Companies.
=> ERP End-Users from various Industry Sectors.
I have registered Xtra-IT on the Preferred Suppliers Lists (PSL) of several Belgian SAP Integration Partners as well as Belgian End-Users. In this position, after having been trained to the recruitment process (ressourcing, candidate selection and qualification, negotiation), I have also been involved in the recruitment and training of colleagues.
2005 - 2006Agency representing French Luxury Furniture Manufacturers in UK and Ireland. Sales Area Manager in charge of 2/3 of the UK territory. Maintaining the existing customers in my area, I have also opened 60 new accounts, participating in the increase of 20% of INEX’s global turnover. My customers are Property Developers, Builders, Retailers and Interior Designers.
