• Pricing advisor: followed and analysed pricing on the UK market using tools such as JATO and Promocar. Defined Renault UK’s pricing strategy in collaboration with the Brand Managers. Produced reports and presentations for Product and Brand Managers and for the Pricing Department based in France. Took part in the improvement of the pricing process.
• Budget/Plan coordinator: set up the pricing strategy for the period 2007-2009. Organised the Budget/Plan for the Marketing Department and ensured all deadlines were met. • Promotional animations: developed Parts promotional strategies in collaboration with Product Managers. Defined a promotional plan, prepared, launched and followed-up promotional offers. Set dealer targets, then calculated achievement and paid bonuses. Controlled stock and solved tyre issues in direct collaboration with tyre suppliers. Successfully managed relationships with creative agencies, field force, dealers and suppliers.
• Creation of promotional supports: Designed presentations to detail the promotions to the Field Force. Presented these at quarterly meetings. Created promotional marketing supports (flyers, brochures) to promote offers to the Field Force and to dealers. Wrote articles about promotions and products that were published in the Trade Magazine sent quarterly to the dealer network.
• Events organisation: took part in the organisation of the Renault Minute Forum in 2004. Participated in the animation of the Motrio stand. Designed games to promote the brand and entertain the dealers.
• Budget: Followed up the budget of the team and dealt with purchase orders and bill payments.
