Legal support to the writing of legal advices/opinions and pleadings, in the various areas of competence of the law firm (e.g.:civil law; insurance/reinsurance; aviation and space law; mining law – in EU, USA, Africa and Asia)

Practical analysis, with the students, of the international legal regimes existing in international public law, and notably related to the following topics: sea law, air law, space law, environmental law.

Legal support to:
- the writing of insurance policies applicable to satellite operators for the building, launch and/or in orbit life of satellites
- negotiations and disputes settlments
- analysis of the national and international legal framework

Legal support to the French MilSatCom project: services of communications by satellite to the French Ministry of Defence

Administration of the relations of the Institute with its partners (French and foreign); follow-up the Institute’s contracts, both at the preliminary and final stage.

Realised a study on the legal issues of Astrobiology and Planetary Protection (research contract commanded by the European Space Agency)
