Denis GORCE-BOURGE

I am French, born in Switzerland and living in London.
I spent 10 years in various industries at managerial positions, especially in Retail. As a Director, Business Development Manager or Sales Director, I always focused on people to increase Performance. I used Team building and coaching extensively to get the best out of people.
In Retail, I worked to raise the standards of Customer Service and to make clients experience a very positive one.
I am curious and passionate about human behavior, capabilities, and how to go beyond limitations. For over 15 years, I have been working as an Executive and Career Coach, Facilitator and Trainer. I work with various organisations over Europe from International Banks to worldwide organisations.

I work extensively around the connection between well-being and performance, between confidence and achievements and all together between belief systems and success.

I am specialised in relationships at work and how people interact as a Team. For example, in a conflict situation at work, I accompany people in order to leverage awareness on how much projections and assumptions are made. The solution always involves adjustments on an emotional level.
On a 1 to 1, 1 to few or 1 to many basis, I help organisations grow in awareness, effectiveness and performance. With an attentive and gentle sharpness, I approach situations with the necessary distance and help the process towards long lasting changes.
