2008 - 2010Led and mentored a specialist team responsible for implementation of the new global Barclaycard Intranet and Intranet Services and managing the day to day operations (more than 10,000 employees).
Responsible for leading the team (6 direct reports,cross functional team and suppliers) , business and product activities for the new Barclaycard global intranet platform (Future Barclays platform) composed of a new Intranet solution, a large Infrastructure, Enterprise search solution, web conferencing, and a new set of associated governance processes.
