Principal Responsibilities:
- Developing new and existing clients across the UK and mainland Europe, including international utility groups, project developers and wind turbine manufacturers, and negotiating proposals.
- Sourcing candidates by networking, headhunting and through referrals to match qualified requirements. The requirements vary from entry-level roles to directors and executives;
- Managing the recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage;
- Attending meetings with clients and also attending trade events;
- Managing a recruitment consultant.
