Dave has lead this multicultural multinational church through a number of seasons. It currently consists of three congregations a main Sunday morning congregation, and evening congregation for youth and also a Spanish congregation. RCF is a missional Church who is prophetic in nature, impacting community with a as a prophetic people as a gatekeeping church to the city of London.

Managed the European team providing Pre and Post Sales e-Enterprise Solutions to (Communications, High Tech, Government, Aerospace, Public Sector and Defence) and facilitated the delivery to these sectors of EPO solutions, including SCM, SCP, S & PM, SCEM and S & OP environments. Developed a go to market capability for a C level audience, with significant return on investment for Fortune 500 type companies. Delivering significant capability right across an Enterprise wide solution space.
• Acquisition merger of Western Data Systems in Europe.
• Solutions lead for SRM across Europe. Particularly developing the Procurement capability.
• Generated European level traction for Manugistics in Reverse Logistics and MRO capability.
Consultancy Manager - Northern Europe 2000 - 2001
Managed the Northern European Pre-Sales team, providing Supply Chain and e-business solutions to a broad marketplace (Retail and CPG, Automotive and Aerospace, High Tech and Manufacturing, Travel, Oil and Gas …). Facilitating the development of an e-Strategy with clients to enable B 2 B technology in the e-Commerce space. Supporting e-Fulfilment and collaborative processes from supplier to provider to retailer ensuring reduced cost to market both in terms of time and cost.

Responsible for commercial, business and application support for pre-sales of a complete supply chain solution, (covering forecasting, demand management, capacity planning, manufacturing planning, advanced planning and scheduling, collaborative planning, transport planning, supply chain network design and configuration.) Developing E-commerce and E-Chain solutions.
• Early adopter of E-chain applications in the Business Consultancy team
• Lead BC on SCM solutions to Major VSP, Global Automotive Manufacturer, e-fulfillment provider.
1995 - 1998Responsible for commercial and product strategy planning, marketing, channels and partners (focussing on ERP, MRP, WMS and SCM links), sales development (particularly around APS tools) and product development. Responsible for Personnel and Finance.
• Successfully acquired and combined Slimstock Systems into UK operation.
• Developed product portfolio through resellers with Paragon Systems and Intentia.
• Opened offices in Greece, Poland and Singapore.
