Daniela Senior

I am a Business Psychologist completing my Chartership. I am very focussed on the recruitment lifecycle, especially selection, assessment and development and have worked in recruitment as a Consultant for several years - mainly focussing on international finance recruitment.

I also create/develop and deliver the internal training. I am responsible for conducting and feeding back on psychometric testing for internal staff and clients.
