    Design HR procedures and drawing the HR processes based with corporate human resources practices and according with Romanian legislation (recruiting, payroll, induction, training, employment records);

    I analyzed needs, developed and implemented a software application “Matrics”. Matrics role is to manage all training files, training blocks and control all requirements by auditors, clients and legislations;
    Support supervisor needs and provide guidance and direction in following policies, procedures, laws and regulations;
    Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
    Develop internal client relations. I built relationship based on mutual respect, trust, responsibility and understanding;
    Conduct exit interviews;
    Link between employees and management to ensure appropriate internal communications;
    I was involved in a various social local project in humanitarian actions educations.
