I have the full responsibility for the compliance of all chemical products with EU regulations and legislation.
I am responsible for the compliance of all products and the management of programmes to implement REACH, Biocides, Cosmetics and CLP/GHS
I am working with a matrix team (EU, Worldwide), I am providing advice, guidance and management of regulatory projects.
My mission is to:
-Analyse and interpret legislation and develop strategy to implement new regulations to ensure ongoing, proactive compliance
- Assess legislations changes on company products and process: new Cosmetics and Biocides Regulations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of raw materials and finished products, articles (SVHC)
- Organise REACh database ( Substances, preparation and articles)
