I have 5 years of experience as an export coordinator in the trading and removal industries. These experiences abroad made me fluent in English and Spanish. I developed my customer services and international negotiation skills with suppliers and clients.
I have joined the Exhibition Department of Andre Chenue in April 2011. I am in charge of estimating the cost of logistics operations/works of art transportation for Temporary Exhibitions in France or around the world.
Always keen to learn new languages, I have now started Japanese and have basic knowledge.

I started in the removal industry as a coordinator on the European road shipments due to my fluency in French and English. My abilities were quickly recognized and I was promoted to cover all export/import/3rd country relocations for a Key Account, handling in excess to 300 files per year.
Main Responsibilities:
Sourcing agents, suppliers to supply competitive prices and high level services
Effectively costing moves in order to secure business and maximize profit margin
Import / export / 3rd country moves: managing all aspects of the moving operation, overseeing 3rd country moves, constant contact with assignees regarding all operational aspects of their move
Coordinating full removals and shipping services: establish cost-effective shipping options, bookings with shipping lines
Liaise with agents/branches in destination countries to arrange customs if required and schedule delivery
Monthly reporting, invoicing and quarterly reviewing of account; maintaining database of all activity on account
Coordinate and work effectively with other departments like sales, dispatch, storage, accounting
2006 - 2007Wembly International is a small export trading company that specialized in selling food and consumer products to the South Pacific Islands.
My desire to experience the export industry and to work in the USA, allowed me to join Wembly International as an export assistant; Initially I was in charge of the coordination of all shipments, but was able to show my abilities by overseeing the export sales for the French Polynesian & New Caledonian markets.

Requested prices from potential suppliers and priced customers' orders competitively in order to insure mutual profitability
