Cyril Jobard
Client Project Manager, Strategic Environmental Consulting (SEC)
Since March 2011, I have joined Strategic Environmental Consulting (SEC), a sustainability consultancy helping organisations assess and mitigate the sustainability risks in their supply-chains. This involves the collection, analysis and reporting of data on traceability of products and raw materials, mainly for timber and agricultural commodities. SEC is also involved in multi-stakeholder initiatives like the Forest Footprint Disclosure Project and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.
Before this, I worked for the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code, a programme to help organisations from the public and private sector implement sustainability in their procurement systems. Companies were asked to report annually on their "green" spend in order to benchmark themselves against their peers and measure their environmental savings through procurement.
Since October 2010, I am also helping friends launch their new range of design-led sustainable clothes hangers in different european markets (a presentation of the product is available on my profile through the link Ayos I-Share)
SEC is a sustainability consultancy which improves organisations' social and environmental performance, to add value and build profile. Our services include: strategy support, supply-chain management, sustainable commodities, environmental footprinting, responsible marketing, stakeholder engagement and reporting and organizational consulting. SEC has developed powerful data management services like CSRinfo.com™ and ProductTrace™ to assist companies in mapping their supply-chains and product raw materials, and assessing and mitigating the risks linked to sourcing challenges.
