Having worked in credit control and credit management for a range of businesses from SME's to large corporates over the past 10 years I found a growing need to provide a tailored credit control service for many small to medium businesses on an outsourced basis.

The Credit Crunch has seen a massive rise in redundancies to reduce overheads and increase profits and credit control is now at the top of most(if not all)businesses to do list.
