I have a contract with AXA Group within their international insurance entity MAXIS (in partnership with MetLife, the largest insurer in the US).
I work in the employee benefits sector, on a global scale. I deal with global risk officers and HQ Human Resources of multinationals in order to advise them on a better scheme or solutions for their employees around the globe.
2010 - 2011- Explore the UK market for multinationals interested in pooling or captive offers
- Preparation of technical information and marketing material in support of sales executives meetings
- Initiating a day to day communication with both multinational clients and MAXIS offices with a view of developing business relationships
- Identifying and targeting new potential clients through detailed research and the creation of clients profiles
- Active involvement in new and existing client relationships: responsible for smaller accounts
2009 - 2010-Deliver a detailed market research for AXA France on the polish creditor and employee benefit insurance market for change management, with quantitative and qualitative data about the competition and potential clients
-Analysis of the competitors (listing of the products & services already available) and of the local juridical & financial framework
-Definition of the product offer & distribution mode
-Portfolio development in group life insurance department
2007 - 2008-Analysis and follow-up of the evolution of the market (data distributor, and consumer)
-Elaboration, implementation and management of the promotional and communication plan (mechanisms and creation with agencies)
-Images operations and proximity to consumer (sampling and sponsoring)
-Management of services with providers (operational marketing agencies and advertising medium )
-In charge of the brand’s website (follow up of the website’s traffic, updating online games and information)
2004 - 2006Main event of the company is an international sailing competition (1.2 million Euros CA/ year).
My missions were:
-Canvassing for sponsors among private companies and negotiating partnerships
-Sales activity among local and foreign clients (foreign universities)
-In charge of direct and online marketing activities (newsletter and phoning)
