Control system aligned, project control, management and delivery of a fully validated and signed-off Powertrain Control System into a vehicle or platform application meeting all corporate, legal, program, timing, quality and cost objectives.

Manager of the MKT2 (Manufacturing Know-how Transfer & Training) program. As the head of it, I was responsible for :
- The 11 team members and promoted the participation of all the plant personnel in the program, from the shop floor to the managers
- Hiring, training and coaching 4 MKT2 trainees
- The scope and content.
- The management of the program according to program and project management principles.
- An important, targeted communication at any level of the plant by presentations, oral, written and audio-visual aids. Redesigned dashboards and reported on progress weekly to the headquarters and daily to the plant management, resulting in animated steering committees, locally and across different plants.
- Continuous improvement and field animation of the programme. Performed a cultural / work changes with 150 employees: listening, understanding and taking to a solution.
Launched improvement projects using PMI and Lean Manufacturing standards.
As a part of the global MKT2 worldwide programme, I helped to develop improvement and sharing methods among flat glass manufacturing plants, the whole in English.
