Charles Frost
Director, Frost Business Services Ltd
I am ACCA qualified, with 19 years financial experience within the manufacturing sector (including 11 years as Divisional Finance Director for Sun Chemical) broadened by 2 years in a General Management role. As FD, the turnover of the multi-site business unit for which I was responsible, grew from £20m to £100m through organic growth and the integration of subsidiary businesses. I have extensive experience in acting as business partner to the MD and senior management team in addition to developing and implementing new business systems and controls to ensure sound financial reporting. I also have extensive experience in developing, leading and motivating financial, I.T. and administration teams. I am a strong team player with a pro-active, hands-on style.
My experience includes 18 years in print related businesses - Sun Chemical (manufacture of printing inks) and Cundell Corrugated Ltd (manufacture of corrugated packaging).

• Manage and resource the implementation of new computerised financial and manufacturing systems.
• Improve their financial processes and ensure adequate controls are in place.
• Improve the quality of financial information available to support the efficient development of business activities.
The knowledge and experience we have gained planning and implementing a number of such changes over the past twenty years, coupled with our practical hands-on approach, mean that we can reduce the time, costs and disruption of making such changes and help companies rapidly deliver significant business benefits.
