I joined Universal Music Group over three years ago, after obtaining my Masters degree in Marketing/Management in France. I’d already gained valuable experience in Digital Marketing at Yahoo!, and in addition, I successfully fulfilled job positions in Sales and Project management while at Ford Motor Company and SC Johnson. My interest in social trends and consumer behaviour has allowed me to develop in my current job position as an International eCRM Manager at Universal Music Group, a challenging and incredibly fulfilling role that has strengthened my understanding of the digital arena. Over the last three years I’ve supported our territories and the company’s international eCRM activity from a Marketing, Management and Strategic perspective as well as coordinating the roll out of the new eCRM platform internationally.

- Media Delivery coordination of the on-network Yahoo! Sports campaign.
- Management of the 1st Yahoo! Answers Anniversary Incentive campaign rewarding our 2,000 top-level users (emailing campaign, designing and manufacturing of gifts).
- Organisation of Yahoo! attendance on the yearly biggest off-line event: BBC Good Food Summer Festival 2007 – 50,000 visitors.

Marketing Executive - Responsible for the regional communication, FORD MOTOR COMPANY - Ford France Automobile
2005 - 2006- Management of the media plan (realization, invoicing and payment, adapting the national strategy to local stores) leading to successful regional advertising campaigns (budget: £ 2.7 million).
- Editing of a monthly benchmark report about the competition advertising in the daily press for the CEO, the Marketing Director and the whole sales force.
- Follow-up of the traffic into dealers to help dealers to apply appropriate local strategies.
