- Dulux Colour mixing brand re-launch - “Tailor Made Colour”:
Coordinated the design, manufacturing and roll-out of a new in-store POS display across 16,000 DIY stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Budget £1 million.
Designed and launched a new Colour guide to help consumers through Product and Colour choice. Distibution of 1 million copies per year. Budget £250K.
- VOC 2010 project
Coordinated the launch of 8 new products lines to comply with the new solvent-level legislation enforced in 2010. Budget: £80K.
- Colour Mixing academy
Designed a training pack for store staff on Colour scheming to help consumers through their purchase decision
Coordinated their distribution and the training of store staff across 300 stores.Budget £10K.

Effectively coordinated Colour matching activity for 33 new colours to ensure delivery within project timelines and according to Marketing specifications.

- Developed a new cost-effective one-coat paint
Acquired expertise in using Design of Experiments software to optimise product performance at a reduced cost. Cost saving achieved £270k p.a.
Supported Marketing in relaunch of product with new claim to fit overall Brand strategy.
- Implemented a cost-effective latex across a range of Retail & Trade products
Coordinated lab testing, Technical service evaluation and production trials to drive full implementation by the end of 2007. Cost-saving circa £400k p.a.
