2010 - 2010In October 2010, I decided to live my dream : traveling for a couple of months in South East-Asia. I resigned from my position at Gimo ltd and traveled around Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia from October to December 24.
It was an amazing experience both humanly and personally and confirm my urge to work one day in the travel industry, in Europe or in this beautiful area.

2009 - 2010GIMO is a B2B company with well-established pan-European clients in the gambling industry. My main responsabilities included:
- Management of a team of 8 junior Product Managers
- Retention strategy for Casino, Poker, Betting and Bingo websites:
- Launch of new projects
- Planning of the emailing and promotional campaigns on a monthly basis
- Monitoring and analysis of their performances (monthly reports)
- Optimisation of the websites
- Brand awareness (via banners, blogs)
- Use of a content management system to update and create new HTML contents
- Coordination with the different departments (design, development, content, affiliation, customer service) to ensure promotions were well understood and carried out.

2008 - 2009I started as a Customer Service Agent for the French market. I was dealing with customer requests and proceeded to checks on customer account in accordance with the Fraud policy.
After 6 months, I was promoted as a VIP Account Manager to contribute to the implementation and development of the VIP cell for the French market. I was monitoring and analysing the activity of my VIP portfolio (around 150 clients), in order to provide recommendations and optimise the current offers (retention, promotion and reactivation operations), in coordination with the Marketing department.
